UPDATE: Marcie helped get my crown settled into my hair and it STAYED all night long. Even dancing with my sisters and moving everywhere, it stayed so well. Love this place!

Brodie at Salon Elements did an amazing job on my Japanese straightening treatment. The results exceeded my expectations! My hair is healthy and shiny, with a smooth texture that I am elated about. Very expensive just a consultation was $100 but she did spend about 40 minutes on my consultation and gave me a written plan to take home with me. She said my $100 would be discounted on my first visit . But $300 was too much for basic cut and color for me

Hi Beverly, this is Marcie, when you schedule a consultation for your Revive Hair Replacement session the end of May you were informed that the consultation would be $100. And I never quoted you $300 for a basic cut and color. I’m not certain where you got that information. We started your consultation for you and your sister at 3:30 and I was still visiting with you guys at 5:30. So I actually invested two hours with you guys. I am so thankful I was able to schedule a haircut the day of. Customer service is extraordinary! Kennedy is a phenomenal hair stylist!! I have THICCCK hair and have always loved short/pixie/bob/stacked hairstyles. I’ve never felt like I could ever get the right hair cut because my hair is too thick. Kennedy absolutely slayed my haircut like I’ve never experienced!! She asked questions and did it all exactly what I had envisioned. I appreciate her time and attention to detail very much! 11/10 Chefs kiss 😘 I will be back!!

First time in today and the salon was beautiful! The staff was really friendly and the hairstylist, Faithfully, did an amazing job on my badly damaged, screaming for help, hair. I had a disappointing experience at Salon Elements recently and feel compelled to share my feedback. Despite arriving promptly for my appointment, the stylist was notably late, which immediately set a negative tone for my visit. It was clear that my time wasn't valued as much as theirs.
When they finally arrived, instead of taking responsibility, they made excuses about a scheduling mix-up. I understand mistakes can happen, but it was handled poorly.
To add to the frustration, I was informed that due to this mix-up, they could only reschedule me for another appointment two weeks later. This was inconvenient and left me feeling unimportant as a client.
The overall customer service experience was lacking and the delay and lack of accountability from the stylist overshadowed any positives. It's disappointing when you make an effort to be on time and prepared, only to be met with such unprofessionalism.
The ambiance of the salon was also lacking. It felt cramped and outdated, not at all the serene and upscale environment I was expecting for the prices they charge.
Overall, I left Salon Elements feeling dissatisfied and out of pocket for services that were far below par. The lack of punctuality and attention to detail were major letdowns. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality service and value for money.

The decision stems from the unfortunate experience during my last visit, where I felt disregarded and not treated with the respect I expected.

dissatisfied didn’t get what I thought I was getting first of all they’re gonna be sew in which there was something that was sew in at the top but the bottom ones were my hair is actually long enough to do it. They were taped in knew If inwas gonna have taped in I would’ve never even made an appointment Said, my hair was too short. She couldn’t do anything with it as it was shorter then when I made appointment as if I would pay $1300 and then go due and cut my hair made me feel like crap your supposed to feel leaving salon but good is not feeling I had felt like crap very dissatisfied. I would’ve not paid $1300. If I knew I was gonna have taped in my hair would have not made an appointment I never heard anything about no tapes I would have said no thank you The way she made me feel about my hair made me want to get up out of the chair, but then yet I would’ve been out my deposit will not go back if as lied too and

I thought it was at 11 but it was at nine so by the time I got there she had somebody called that’s fine no problem with that . The shortcut and the tape and the way she made me feel very dissatisfied. oh, and then she made me feel like I didn’t know how to style my hair. She’s like how are you gonna style it? What do you mean how are you gonna get it to lay down she said because you’re hair so short it going to stick up as if I’m stupid and don’t know how to style my hair one of my worst experience had a salon and cost the most .

Donna, During the consult on Feb 17,2024 we discussed the hair type & the application method & you agreed to this when you paid the down-payment. So, I special ordered hair in your color biased upon that consultation. As your 1st scheduled appt was the end of February and you kept canceling it until mid-June, your hair had broken off a lot since the original consultation on June 14, 2024. On June 14 I confirmed that you would be happy with & able to style your new hair. You canceled 2 four-hour appts twice at the last minute and were over 2 hours late the day of your appt. June 14. So, I rearranged my schedule to accommodate for your being late and allowed you to come in later the same day. At the original consult your natural hair was 7-8 inches long & on June 14 it was not even 1 inch in length in some places on top, I had to confirm that you would be able to style the new hair in with your natural hair. You had asked for a refund over 6-8 weeks after the hair was special ordered to match your hair (at that time I could not return it) and it was not a color that I had ever ordered nor would I be able to use on another client for quite some time if at all. For future reference if you do not want to invest in new hair extensions then do not schedule an appt. and pay someone to special order hair for you.
25 years of the best care, attention to detail, and customer service… Marcie has been doing my hair for that long. Shes an artist and perfectionist! I would not let ANYONE else touch my hair…

Mi experiencia fue fatal,ya que no hablo ingles y todo fue mediante el traductor,quedamos en que yo solo queria mechas y k me instalaran extenciones, cuando llegue,me hicieron un servicio pesimo,la dueña de la nada llego y me corto las extenciones dice ella k para unir los colores y me enseña un sms k dice ella k yo le habia enviado,cuando eso no fue asi,al terminar me cobraron 613.88 y cuando llegue a mi casa que me fui a peinar las extenciones se me caen solas,con hoy hace 4 dias que fui a su salon para el arreglo y a medida k han pasado los dias se me han ido cayendo extenciones,ya con hoy voy por un total de 16 extenciones caidas y le he escrito a la señora,le he mandado fotos para que vea k su trabajo estuvo mal y no me da respuesta ni soluciones cuando ella sabe que le pague el servicio completo,me siento estafada y descriminada,por no hablar ingles y aun asi yo traduciendo los sms mediante el traductor,la señora del salon,no me contesta,no me da respuestas ni soluciones……

Yes we did use the translator to communicate and we used photos to communicate to what service you wanted. This message is from the owner , Marcie, as your natural hair was only 5 to 6 inches long and you brought in 22 inch hair. As discussed in our text communication I did barely slide to blend your short natural hair into the long 22 inch extension hair. I did not remove any length off of your extensions. We spent over 6 hours doing the Hilites and applying the beaded extensions. I explained to you via the translator that if you wanted keratin extensions that we have to buy KERATIN BONDED extensions then do your application. I also explained to you that we did NOT STAPLE the extensions like you had requested! This is the thank you we get for working with you on your communication and your hair.

Wish it was better. She didn't listen to what I wanted, added money piece when I said specifically I didn't want one. I showed pictures of what I wanted and when it wasn't she just ghosted me. I did call but she would only talk through txt and then wouldn't respond.
Making mistakes happens, it's how you respond and correct the mistakes that makes you professional and shows integrity. Sadly this was neither.

Bridget is our front desk and salon coordinator she does smile all the time and often will laugh when assisting our clients on the phone, her phone etiquette is wonderful and she usually makes both new guest and established
guest more than comfortable. We sometimes have a difficult time hearing if the front of the house is busy and often both phone lines are ringing simultaneously.
Hair extensions are an investment and every single step of the way from my consultation to the finished product, the gals at Salon Elements valued my time and input. I couldn't be happier with the service and personalized results. My hair feels and looks amazing. I can not stop touching it and I have looked in the mirror 100 times! Brodie gave me the most beautiful base color with gorgeous natural highlights and matched the extensions to my own hair seamlessly. It's not every day the salon owner assists the stylist to make sure every thing is perfect but owner Marcie did just that and more. They say they can give you the hair of your dreams and they mean it! Gorgeous results, first class extraordinary service, and so much more! Kennedy Powell with Salon Elements styled my hair for my son's wedding. It was absolutely beautiful. I got a ton of compliments! The price was reasonable, and she had me in and out of the chair in 40 minutes. She worked with several different styles until she found one that suited my features and hair texture. I went to get my makeup done for my formal, she asked me to bring my own lashes to apply. I went and bought $60 lashes and brought them to her. I was there for hours just for my makeup to look this this. She took my $60 lashes and cut them in sections of 3… literally cut them!!!

I believe you’ve got the incorrect salon information. Your not in our data base at all and the stylist that would have done your makeover was already pre booked with a client that had been booked for quite some time. We had no record of applying makeup or lashes on this day and we offer a large variety of lashes for you to purchase in salon. However we would like to offer you an opportunity to experience our Salon, we specialize in conventional makeup artistry and offer airbrush for event makeup too, if you could please contact the owner at your convenience. My Therapeutic Massage with Donna Reamy was outstanding, and felt safe during the pandemic. Donna uses an Ultraviolet UV-C Sanitizer for the room, wears a facemask during the entire session, and takes safety very seriously. I had been suffering from lateral cervical lymphadenopaty (painful swelling under my left ear running down the neck) for 11 months, and Donna was able to pinpoint the spot and relieve the lymphatic pressure when my primary care doctor could offer no solutions. I have been a regular customer at Salon Elements since 2012, and there is no place I would rather go. I am grateful for the relaxing massage, and for the pain relief!

Having moved to Oklahoma from NY, I was at a lost for a great salon. The first "salon" I went to will remain anonymous. This said salon's mgr asked me to sign a waiver (which should have been my clue to walk out) but I wanted to give them a chance(?). Anyway, long story short, they butchered my hair color and I left with my hair feeling like straw and brittle to the touch. Before running off to another salon, I did some research and came upon Salon Elements. Boy am I happy I did. Brodie took the time to ask me questions and I showed her a picture of what I wanted my hair color to look like. She did such a fantastic job! I walked out of there relieved and very, very pleased with the result. I usually don't make adv appts but I did right then and there. Ladies, thank you for your patience and talents.

I didn't end up with the shade I was going for, but at least it isn't red, orange or green right. I even showed them a picture of me. It ended up going darker then I wanted or what was in the picture. I just think it is to dark for my skin tone. I was hoping they could get the same shade as in the pic. Because I heard they were good at color treatments from others. So that is why I gave them a chance.nI also asked for a Olaplex treatment to help smooth my hair from the damage of coloring. I don't know what happened, but this time it didn't do as good as it has done in the past. They also said they offer a Moroccan Oil treatment. So I had that done too, but it didn't help either. I just ended up with very dry hair. It was worse then when I went in. This whole process was bad. I just hope it don't happen to someone else. I spent 181 dollars to just end up having to wear a hat or a scarf. Since I posted this they have called me and wanted to fix the problem. I was scared to go back because of what they had already done. But since I didn't have anymore money to go somewhere else to get it fix I thought what the heck. I went back and we started to talk to see what could be done. She took some pics to see what I was talking about. I said it was different then the picture I had showed her the day of my appointment. She couldn't see what I was seeing in the picture. Then all of a sudden the stylist started getting rude with me. She said we are done here you can leave. There is no pleasing you. Wow I didn't expect that at all. They are usually very nice to me and to others. I don't know what happened for sure for the stylist to be that way. She didn't fix the problem after saying she would over the phone. I think they should of fixed it or at least given me my money back for the mess up. But either way I left with a messed up head of hair. So I guess I'm still having to wear a hat or scarf because I don't have any money to go get it fixed. So in my opinion even though there is good reviews for this place please be careful.
This salon is the best place I have ever went to! All the stylists and employees are extremely nice and helpful. Jayda did the most wonderful perm on me and I couldn't have asked for anything better. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a reliable salon!

Best salon in Fort Smith. I have been a client for more than 20 years and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. My stylist gave me a great color and was very attentive to my needs. She checked on me several times while my color was processing and while I was sitting under the dryer.

Who ever was answering the phone yesterday is one of the rudest witches I ever talked to. I don't know what crawled up her butt. She needs to take it somewhere else cause I'm not about to pay for a service and have that witch ruin my day!

I Love Marcy and her staff at Salon Elements. Marcy always knows what looks good and it 's amazing how she knows her colors and styles. I went in for my regular color but I was wanting something different but had know ideal what I wanted Marcy suggested doing a dark brown on bottom with carmel highlights on top my hair looks great I love it and I have been getting so many complliments on my hair. Salon Elements is a great salon and would recomend them to anyone.

I would never recommend anyone to this salon. I arrived for my appointment at 10am and was told my stylist was running late. It only went downhill from there. After she arrived, I showed her several pictures of the color I was wanting (a simple ash brown) and asked her questions about what would be best. She said that would be very "achievable" on my hair. She put a Demi color on my hair and let it set. After washing and drying my hair I couldn't tell a difference at all. She called the owner of the salon over to look at my hair. Together they decided to do a permanent color on top of it. So another hour goes by while they put the color and wait for it to set. They rinseed my hair and half way dry it and it still looks exactly the same! She owner pulled me outside to look at it in the sunlight as she was digging through my hair trying to find a section that was different. I spent a total of 5 hours at the salon and $110 for absolutely nothing! I left with a wet head and hair that feels like straw!! I was told that I could come back in a week and they would completely bleach my hair and color over it..not going to happen! Absolutely ridiculous!
I tried for 2 days to make an appointment & never received a return call. I guess they're not looking for new business. Time to move on & find a place a little more business like.

I recently had my first experience at Salon Elements and it was amazing! I am new to this area and hadn't had my haircut since I moved here several months ago. I actually went to a "walk-in" place to begin with and got the worst haircut of my life. It was so bad, I only took it out of a pony tail to wash it. I didn't even let my husband see it down... it was THAT bad. Fortunately, a friend recomended Salon Elements. I called and told them what happened to me and they got me in that evening. As soon as I walked in, I felt relieved. Everyone is so nice and the place has a great atmosphere. Most important though, they fixed me! Somehow, despite the mess my hair was in, Shyla was able to repair it and I left with a fabulous haircut. Needless to say, I know where I will be going from now on. Thanks Shyla and Marcie- you guys are awesome!
Maddy did a wonderful job on my hair! I decided to donate my hair to "Locks of Love" in honor of my sister. All the ladies there are fabulous and make you feel so comfortable! Some may think they are a bit pricey, but "You get what you pay for.". It was money well spent! Thanks!

I love this salon. Everyone is great and Marcie is the hair Queen. I use them for extensions and color. Try it you will never go anywhere else.
Colby always gives me a great haircut. I'm always calling last minute and somehow they always squeeze me in! The salon is very clean and the staff friendly. Last time I was there the owner made it a point to introduce herself and she couldn't have been nicer.
